You will guide multi-disciplinary teams on Phase I/II/III ESAs, remediation strategies, and regulatory compliance while expanding client relationships and project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a professional engineer or geoscientist in Ontario, or eligible to register.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in environmental/civil/geological engineering, geology, hydrogeology or related earth/environmental sciences field.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in environmental consulting and/or related work.
• Strong leadership, communication, and proposal/report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage environmental projects including ESAs and remediation in Ontario.
• Develop client relationships and lead business development initiatives.
• Prepare technical reports (Phase I/II/III ESAs, remedial options) and manage deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical direction and training.
• Travel to Dillon offices for client relationship development and project delivery as needed.
