Dillon Consulting Limited is seeking a Senior Environmental Consultant to join our Natural Resource Management team, focusing on sustainable land use, habitat conservation, and environmental compliance. This is a new position based at our offices across Canada with flexible hours and hybrid work arrangements designed to balance project delivery with personal commitments.

Qualifications

• A university degree or diploma in environmental science, engineering, or related field; an advanced degree is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare proposals and reports.
• Proven track record in environmental consulting, permitting, and client development.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental planning studies and field programs for diverse projects.
• Coordinate with cross-Canada teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Guide staff and contribute to staff development and knowledge sharing.
• Prepare regulatory permitting documents and assessments.
