Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking a Senior Associate in our Customer Transformation practice to help organizations design and deliver customer-centric strategies, experiences, interfaces, and operating models that drive growth and loyalty. You will collaborate across strategy, design, and technology teams to deliver impactful experiences using human-centered design and Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities include research, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing, with exposure to Lightning Web

Qualifications

Experience in digital experience architecture and UX strategy, including enterprise web portals.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud and Lightning Web Runtime.
Familiarity with customer journey mapping, VoC, and experience design methodologies.
Strong analytical capabilities with qualitative and quantitative data.
Stakeholder management with managers and directors.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of customer transformation engagements across strategy, experience design, brand design, and operating model improvements.
Conduct customer and user research, analyze data, and generate insights.
Map journeys, segment, personalize, and improve services.
Design and deploy sites using Lightning Web Runtime and design system governance.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups aligned with brand.
Collaborate with strategy, design, and technology teams and run usability tests.
Manage defined workstreams and maintain client relationships.
