Job summary

Jolera is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with deep enterprise infrastructure experience to lead the technical direction of a managed services pod based in Troy, Michigan. The candidate will be a hands-on engineering leader, guiding dedicated technical teams without HR ownership and focusing on architecture quality, change posture, and the technical roadmap across enterprise customer estates.

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise infrastructure with senior leadership roles.
Deep experience with VMware vSphere, Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and enterprise networking.
ITIL/ITSM fluent; able to lead change, incident, and problem management.
Proven ability to direct technical teams without HR ownership.
Excellent executive-level written communication and documentation skills.
On-site in Troy, MI with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

Direct a dedicated technical pod of staff and shared engineering bench.
Own end-to-end technical accountability for enterprise infrastructure across data centers, branches, and cloud estates.
Lead architecture reviews, change advisory boards, and root-cause analyses hands-on.
Run enterprise infrastructure refresh programs: compute, storage, network, virtualization; plan and oversee migrations.
Partner with customer program leadership on cadence, scorecards, escalation paths and RACI.
Represent Jolera’s technical voice in executive engagements with CIOs and IT directors.
Coach on-site Senior Architects and engineers, raising technical standards quarterly.
Produce executive-grade written analyses, design docs, scorecards, and roadmaps weekly.
