Job summary

Jolera is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer to lead complex migration projects for MSPs and IT solution providers. You will plan, document, and execute migrations including Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, Exchange on-premises to Online, tenant-to-tenant, and SharePoint migrations.

The role requires 5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration, strong communication, and client-facing documentation. This full-time position is based in Toronto and aligned to Eastern Time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification.
• Experience with Exchange migrations (On-premises and Online).
• Experience with M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations and SharePoint migrations.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and scripting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and client-facing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, document, and execute various migration projects (GWS→M365, Exchange On-prem to Online).
• Lead client workshops and technical discovery sessions.
• Create migration design documents, runbooks, risk mitigation plans, and user templates.
