Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Manager of Projects (MOP) to lead a portfolio of data center and private development projects in North America. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety, schedule, cost, and technical performance, and coordinate with AF, GID, and regional delivery teams.

You will drive proposal development, client relationships, and delivery strategy, while managing risk, forecasting, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across complex energy infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience managing projects in energy, T&D, or data centers.
• Experience leading Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams across concurrent projects.
• Experience with project financial management, forecasting, risk management, and client relationships.
• Experience supporting data center developers, utilities, or private-sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong HSE culture and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Lead and coach Project Managers within the portfolio.
• Ensure succession plans and hiring actions are in coordination with leaders.
• Drive teams to deliver outstanding service and client solutions.
• Coordinate with AF, GID, and regional teams to align priorities and delivery.
• Manage a data center project portfolio with risk management and delivery standards.
• Support proposal development, pricing, schedules, and risk reserves.
• Communicate with clients, leadership, and cross-region teams regularly.
