Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. Canada seeks a hands-on solutions leader to drive enterprise-scale architecture for complex capital markets environments, designing and delivering distributed, cloud-native platforms from requirements to production deployment.

You will lead client-facing architecture sessions, define enterprise integration patterns, and govern cloud platform strategies across public clouds while promoting Agile delivery, CI/CD, and high-quality software engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise solution architecture design and implementation.
• 5+ years hands-on development in Java, .NET, or C++.
• 3+ years designing distributed, scalable systems and integrating three or more enterprise systems.
• 3+ years with microservices, RESTful APIs, and public cloud platform solutioning.
• 3+ years experience with MACH architecture and Domain-Driven Design principles.
• 3+ years experience with relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD, and Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong ability to lead client-facing technical solutioning engagements and translate business needs into roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solutioning sessions with clients and stakeholders; convert complex business requirements into scalable architecture designs.
• Architect and deliver distributed, cloud-native systems across full delivery lifecycle.
• Design and implement enterprise integration patterns, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Drive hands-on technical leadership through code reviews and collaboration with engineering teams.
