Elk Valley Resources (EVR) seeks a Senior Engineering Supervisor, Projects to deliver a portfolio of capital initiatives for Greenhills Operations on time and within budget. Lead a multidisciplinary team across pre-scoping to closeout, coordinating internal teams, contractors, and consultants for infrastructure and plant work.

The role requires leadership, organizational and communication skills, with experience managing multiple concurrent projects and strong fiscal management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of experience with at least 3 years in project management; heavy industrial exposure is an asset.
• Engineering background with permitting, procurement and construction knowledge.
• PMP designation is an asset.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook and Excel; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Define and track project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Plan, organize and manage internal/contractor resources to deliver projects.
• Adhere to governance standards: charters, change, stage-gate reviews and readiness.
• Identify dependencies and risks; report progress to senior management.
• Manage project costs through budgeting, tracking and variance analysis.
• Lead, train and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
