Job summary

Elk Valley Resources (EVR) seeks a Senior Engineering Supervisor, Projects to safely deliver a portfolio of capital projects for Greenhills Operations on time and within budget. You will lead a multidisciplinary team through all stages, coordinating internal resources and external contractors to meet objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, with experience managing multiple projects and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Mining or Electrical preferred).
• Minimum of ten years of work experience with at least three in project management.
• PMP designation is an asset; strong budgeting and procurement understanding.

Responsibilities

• Define and track project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Plan, organize and manage resources (internal teams, contractors, consultants) to deliver projects.
• Adhere to governance standards including charters, change management and stage gates.
• Identify dependencies and risks; report progress to senior management.
• Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary project team.
