Job summary

Bally’s Canada is seeking a Senior EUC Engineer to join our global IT team. You will design, deliver, secure and continuously improve the Windows and macOS endpoint experience, combining hands-on support with engineering ownership of endpoint platforms, builds, policies, applications and automation.

The role focuses on enterprise EUC engineering, endpoint management, automation, and collaboration with security and identity teams to deliver reliable end-user experiences in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 5+ years in End User Computing or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior escalation point for Windows, macOS, and workplace tech issues; drive incidents to resolution.
• Provide onsite and remote end-user support including VIPs and senior stakeholders.
• Manage and update requests in Jira Service Management following ITIL processes.
• Coach colleagues and help develop EUC support standards.
