Job summary

Infocodec Solutions in Canada is seeking an experienced Endpoint Operations Technician to support and maintain enterprise endpoint and virtual desktop environments, including AVD, Intune, and Windows management platforms, for a global user base.

You will partner with Desktop Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure secure, reliable operations, perform imaging, packaging, patching, and lifecycle management, and drive automation through PowerShell scripting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Operations or End-User Computing (EUC) environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Expertise with Microsoft Intune and endpoint device management.
• Experience with SCCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager).
• Experience with Windows Autopilot deployment and device provisioning.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 / Windows 11 enterprise environments.
• Experience with endpoint patching, imaging, and application packaging.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments to ensure performance and reliability.
• Manage and operate Microsoft Intune endpoint management platforms.
• Provide escalation support for global end-user computing (EUC) issues.

• Perform endpoint provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Manage patching, operating system updates, and endpoint compliance policies.

• Perform endpoint imaging, application packaging, and deployment activities.
• Assist with automation and operational improvements within endpoint environments.

The successful candidate will work with technologies such as Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Microsoft Intune, and Windows endpoint management platforms, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing environments for global users.
