Job summary

Pacer Group seeks an experienced EUC Lead to oversee end-to-end vulnerability remediation, patch management, and related operations across the enterprise. Responsibilities include planning, reporting, and metric tracking to ensure timely remediation and compliance. Hybrid onsite work, 12-month contract, CAD pay rate applies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EUC vulnerability remediation and patching.
• Knowledge of Defender Vulnerability Management tools and methods.
• Familiarity with Citrix environments and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EUC vulnerability remediation and patch management operations.
• Drive remediation of vulnerabilities identified through Defender Vulnerability Management.
• Review exposure scores and patch compliance trends to improve remediation effectiveness.
• Lead monthly remediation planning, prioritization, and tracking.
• Coordinate Defender Analysts, Intune Engineers, Packaging Engineers, and Citrix Engineers.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, App Owners, and Customer stakeholders.
• Leverage Microsoft Security Copilot insights for remediation decisions.
• Manage exceptions, risk acceptance, patching SLAs, and compliance targets.
• Prepare executive dashboards, risk reports, and SLA metrics.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EUC Lead to lead end-to-end endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, and patch management operations across the enterprise. The role will oversee remediation of Critical, High, and Medium vulnerabilities and coordinate teams responsible for endpoint management, patching, application packaging, and Citrix environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Review exposure scores, vulnerability trends, patch compliance, and remediation effectiveness.

• Manage and coordinate Defender Analysts, Intune Engineers, Packaging Engineers, and Citrix Engineers.
• Work closely with Security, Infrastructure, Application Owners, and Customer stakeholders.
• Leverage Microsoft Security Copilot insights and remediation recommendations.
• Manage exception handling, risk acceptance, patching SLAs, and compliance targets.
• Prepare and present executive dashboards, risk reports, compliance reports, and SLA metrics.
