Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior End Point Engineer to lead and advance its modern endpoint management strategy in a payments organization, transitioning from co-managed SCCM/Intune to a cloud-first model.

You will guide Intune, Autopilot, and automation efforts, mentor engineers, and drive endpoint initiatives across 2,000–2,500 devices, delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires deep Windows endpoint experience and strong scripting skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise endpoint engineering / EUC experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Intune administration and design experience.
• Experience with co-managed SCCM/Intune environments and migrations.
• Strong Windows endpoint engineering experience (imaging, lifecycle management, security, patching).
• Windows Autopilot implementation and support experience.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting experience.
• Microsoft Graph automation experience.
• Experience leading enterprise endpoint projects end-to-end.
• Ability to mentor engineers and act as a senior technical resource.
• Jamf/macOS management experience.
• iOS and Android device management.
• Windows Hello experience.
• Endpoint self-service and automation initiatives.
• Financial services or highly regulated environment experience.

This individual will serve as a senior technical lead within the End User Services team, helping drive the organization's transition from a co-managed SCCM/Intune environment toward a cloud-first endpoint management model.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, endpoint engineering, Autopilot, modern device management, and endpoint automation. This person will lead endpoint-focused initiatives, mentor engineers, act as a senior escalation resource, and contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-scale endpoint technologies supporting approximately 2,000-2,500 devices.
