Role Profile:
EUT Mobile Endpoint Squad is looking to hire a Mobile Support Engineer who will join the global team of mobile engineers and developers responsible for enabling the mobile technologies that power the firms bring-your-own-device and corporate mobile offerings. The candidate will have a very strong technical foundation, a strategic mind-set, great communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with others in a truly global team.
Role and responsibilities:
• Work in Mobile Endpoint Squad responsible supporting Microsoft Intune Infrastructure
• Perform incident diagnosis, troubleshooting and escalation for end user issues.
• Deploy mobile services, tools, and applications required for Microsoft Intune.
• Optimize and hand-off of work to Level 2 offshore team.
• Be the owner of the problem and change management processes.
• Create operational support documentation.
• Willing to work on call; every 2 months on the weekend.
Skills required:
• Experience with Mobile device management with MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, Blackberry, AirWatch or similar platform in a large enterprise
• Strong grasp of IT infrastructure fundamentals (networks, databases, load balancers, IT security)
• Automation and integration experience using PowerShell, Perl, Python, or Shell
• Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems iOS and Android
• Strong understanding of basic networking concepts and internet protocols
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a highly visible fast paced enterprise environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Office 365 and Intune App protection policies
• Knowledge in computer and mobile security concepts
• Basic development knowledge on iOS and/or Android
• Experience in networking, load balancers and firewalls
