Job summary

Systematix is seeking a Client Systems Engineer in Vaughan, Canada, with deep experience in endpoint management leveraging SCCM and Intune. The role emphasizes migrating from SCCM/MECM to Intune, improving security and lifecycle management while supporting a cloud-first strategy.

The successful candidate will work with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Security teams in a hybrid setting (two days on-site in Vaughan) and hold MD-102 certification as a must-have requirement.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of Microsoft endpoint support experience.
• 2–5+ years of Microsoft Intune support experience.
• 2+ years supporting Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 endpoint management.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot provisioning and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience administering endpoint compliance policies, configuration profiles, app deployment, patch management, and device lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting endpoint security and compliance initiatives.
• Experience providing advanced (Level 3) endpoint support.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Security teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise endpoint management platforms, with primary ownership of Intune.
• Support Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) alongside Intune.
• Lead endpoint modernization initiatives and improve security/compliance.
• Manage application deployment and device provisioning.
• Contribute to migration from traditional endpoint management to cloud-based solutions.
