Job summary

Altera Digital Health is seeking a Sr Implementation Consultant to drive the rollout of Sunrise EMR Core and Ambulatory across Canada, primarily within Manitoba, on our Professional Services team. You will translate clinic workflows into optimized electronic processes and guide clients through deployment, activation, and utilization.

The candidate should bring 2+ years in healthcare IT implementations, experience with EMR systems (Sunrise preferred), and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of healthcare IT implementation experience.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems; Sunrise EMR preferred.
• Experience on formal implementation projects; SME in clinics preferred.
• Clinical background preferred; SQL/SSRS knowledge helpful.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders from technical resources to executives.
• Strong project management in long-term implementations.
• Fast learner and quick study.

Responsibilities

• Implement Sunrise EMR Core and Ambulatory at client sites in Canada.
• Work with project team including PMs and architects.
• Perform system configuration with high-level guidance to clients.
• Provide workflow consultation for registration, scheduling, and clinical documentation.
• Identify and resolve workflow issues during implementation.
• Provide activation support and meet transformation targets.
• Set expectations with stakeholders from end-users to CMIOs.
• Engage clients to ensure successful project delivery.
