Job summary

Valtech, the experience innovation company, seeks a Senior Project Manager in Canada with 10+ years of experience to lead complex digital programs and strategic client engagements. You’ll guide multidisciplinary teams, optimize delivery, and balance operational rigor with client partnership and business acumen.

You will drive delivery excellence, manage budgets, and mentor project managers while leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance planning and reporting.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in digital agencies, consulting firms, or tech organizations.
Proven end-to-end digital product development and software delivery experience.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and planning tools like MS Project.

Responsibilities

Lead complex digital projects and programs to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.
Manage retainers, fixed-price engagements, and Time & Materials contracts.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors across workstreams.
Drive multi-brand, multi-site, multi-market programs with governance and scalability.
Define scope, timelines, risks, and success metrics with clients and stakeholders.
Develop roadmaps, delivery plans, and execution strategies.
Backlogs management using Jira and related tooling.
Staffing, capacity planning, and delivery readiness.
