Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience in electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly.
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components, BOM analysis, and global supply chains.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and procurement tooling.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Source and procure electronic components, PCBs, and production materials based on BOMs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels to support production and minimize excess stock.
• Lead and mentor procurement specialists and material planners.
• Maintain supplier relationships and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with IPC standards and JIT manufacturing principles.
