  • Track PCB market conditions, raw-material trends, supplier capacity, technology developments, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Establish supplier performance metrics and lead Quarterly Business Reviews, corrective-action follow-up, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
  • Support Operations and Supply Chain teams during supply disruptions, quality issues, price increases, and other critical supplier escalations.
  • Partner with Finance and Sourcing Analytics to validate, document, and report realized savings.
  • Present sourcing strategies, supplier recommendations, cost-reduction results, and supply-risk assessments to senior leadership.
Experience Required
  • Master’s degree or professional certification (APICS CPIM/CSCP, PMP, or similar) preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies in a global environment.
  • Experience using data, cost models, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvement.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, supplier-management, and contract-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands, resolve complex supply issues, and deliver results under tight timelines.
  • Self-directed, strategic, and results-oriented leader with strong cross-functional influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and data-analysis tools; Power BI experience is preferred.
