Introba in Toronto, Canada is seeking an Associate Principal for the Electrical team to lead healthcare project design and manage a project-design staff. You will provide technical leadership and oversee delivery from concept to commissioning.

With 10+ years in electrical design, a PE license, and LEED credentials, you will guide project quality, mentor staff, and drive business opportunities across healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years design experience in facility design and construction.
• Experience leading and designing diverse healthcare buildings projects.
• Experience mentoring junior/intermediate staff and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in electrical engineering for healthcare projects.
• Lead design, engineering, and delivery of electrical systems for new installations, retrofits, and upgrades.
• Discipline lead with autonomy and technical expertise.
• Lead and mentor the Electrical Team, including supervision and performance development.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development and proposals.
