Job summary

BPA is seeking a Project Manager, Electrical Engineering in Toronto to own complex building projects, strengthen client relationships, and help grow the engineering team. This hands-on role influences projects, people, and business growth.

You will lead electrical system design reviews, supervise site visits, and collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to deliver high-impact facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• P.Eng. designation or eligibility in Ontario.
• 7–10 years of electrical engineering consulting experience.
• Client relationship management expertise.
• Site visit and retrofit project experience.

Responsibilities

• Own key client relationships from kickoff through delivery.
• Lead design and review of electrical systems across projects.
• Conduct site visits, field reviews, and technical assessments.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, manufacturers, and distributors.
• Mentor engineers and designers with a path to management.
