Job summary

Goldbeck Recruiting seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a growing engineering and fabrication team focused on custom water and wastewater treatment systems. You will design electrical systems, power distribution, and controls, taking projects from concept through testing, installation, and commissioning.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, are P.Eng. with EGBC, and have 5–10 years in project-based environments, collaborating with clients, consultants, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• P.Eng. with EGBC registration required.
• 5–10 years of electrical engineering experience in project-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for custom water and wastewater treatment applications.
• Develop power distribution and control system designs including MCCs, control panels, field devices, and instrumentation.
• Prepare electrical layouts with equipment locations, conduit routing, and interfaces with mechanical systems.
• Create single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and schematics from P&IDs.
• Coordinate with project managers, production, and external stakeholders to ensure buildable designs.
• Support FAT, commissioning, and field start-up activities.
