Job summary
Future Electronics seeks a Senior Edge AI Field Applications Engineer to provide expert technical leadership across Edge AI architectures and embedded systems. You will guide customers from concept to production, advising on hardware, AI model implementation, and performance optimization within edge deployments.
You will work with Advanced Engineering, Sales, and suppliers to accelerate adoption of Edge AI technologies and drive regional growth through high-value technical solutions and
Qualifications
- Engineering degree required or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of electronics industry experience.
- Strong background in Edge AI design, model creation, deployment, optimization, and embedded AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for Edge AI system design, model development, and deployment.
- Partner with suppliers and customers to deliver high-value technical solutions.
- Support hardware selection, AI model optimization, benchmarking, and real-time edge inference implementation.
- Conduct training sessions on Edge AI technologies, tools, and development frameworks.
- Assist in developing Edge AI demonstration platforms and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Build relationships with supplier and customer engineering teams.
- Represent Future Electronics in customer-facing technical and sales activities.
- Stay current with emerging Edge AI technologies, products, and industry trends.
- Prioritize technical opportunities to maximize business impact and customer success.
