Job description

BIG ENOUGH TO KNOW HOW, SMALL ENOUGH TO KNOW YOU

Allnorth is a multidisciplinary engineering, project delivery, and construction services company. We provide smart and practical project solutions to clients in the metals and minerals, energy and renewables, fiber and chemicals, and infrastructure sectors. With offices across Canada and the United States, we continue to grow!

Our team is our most valuable asset, and a triple bottom line (TBL) philosophy is at the heart of our business. It takes a talented, motivated and empowered team to delight our clients, driving profitability for all parties. Safety is part of our DNA, and we are committed to building and nurturing Indigenous relationships, supporting our communities, and recognizing the importance of environmental stewardship.

This role is dedicated to executing and delivering Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls (E&IC) projects, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and leading project planning, budgeting, and scheduling. The successful candidate will work closely with E&IC engineering teams to deliver electrical, instrumentation, automation, controls, and functional safety for clients in the infrastructure, energy, and mining sectors, while supporting E&IC initiatives across Allnorth's wider operation

As the primary point of contact for assigned projects, you will coordinate internal teams, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and ensure client expectations are consistently met. Success in this role is driven by strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lead diverse technical teams toward a common goal.

This is a full time role based out of our Calgary and/or Edmonton office. Allnorth allows for hybrid work arrangements, but the expectation would be for a minimum of three days per week in the office.
