Job summary

MNP is seeking a Solution Architect for Power Platform & D365 to lead the design and delivery of enterprise CRM and case management solutions. You will guide teams, collaborate with clients, and drive modernization using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

The role emphasizes AI-driven development, cross-functional leadership, and strong architectural skills across multiple systems, with opportunities to mentor and grow within a dynamic Digital Solutions team.

Qualifications

Ten+ years of experience implementing CRM or case management solutions in the private or public sector.
5+ years with Dynamics365 Customer Service and Power Platform.
3 years in a technical leadership role; enabling, guiding, teaching, mentoring developers.
AI mindset with hands-on experience in various LLMs and Copilot tools.
Strong people leadership, fostering an inclusive high-performance culture.
Experience creating architectural artefacts, code reviews, and large deployments.
Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Visual Studio.
Deep knowledge of Agile Scrum SDLC.
Strong API integration and cross-system architectural patterns.
Willingness to travel throughout Canada up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Architect, design and implement Dynamics365 Customer Service/Case Management solutions leveraging out of the box capabilities, configuration and customization.
Lead and enable team members, in addition to being a top individual performer.
Work closely with clients and other resources as a team leader, being fully accountable to the technical solution in project engagements.
Effectively communicate, architect, design, plan, and implement capabilities that provide value to customers.
Utilize AI to augment and evolve team best practices for development, design, and testing use cases.
Implement solutions using hybrid-agile and agile methods.
Take a proactive and continuous approach for professional development, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
Act as a subject matter expert in transferring solution-critical knowledge.
Mentor, motivated and coach team members towards professional and personal development.
Promote regular attendance, balanced lifestyle and high standard of team wellness.
Conduct annual performance reviews.
Create an environment where team members are empowered to contribute, innovate, grow, and perform at their best.
Develop the next generation of leaders through mentorship, coaching, succession planning, and hands-on leadership opportunities.
Attend internal MNP courses to further develop technology consulting knowledge.
