Job summary

BDO Digital is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Functional Consultant to join our Solution Operations (Managed Services) Practice on a full-time basis with a flexible hybrid work arrangement. This role can be located anywhere in Canada. You will analyze client needs, streamline D365 F&O processes, provide training, troubleshoot, and apply Sure Step methodology. 3–5+ years of experience in D365 F&O and strong SCM expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5+ years of D365 F&O managed services consulting and support.
• Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management functional area.
• Experience with Finance or Sales/HR ERP modules is a plus.
• ITIL principles knowledge.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to clients and project teams.
• Analyze business needs and provide application expertise.
• Streamline processes to improve ROI in D365 F&O.
• Provide training to client staff.
• Troubleshoot issues and document solutions.
• Apply Sure Step methodology for deployment.
