Job summary

BDO Canada is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CE / CRM & Power Platform Consultant to join our GTA team. This senior advisory role focuses on post‑implementation support, optimization, and valued‑based services that improve adoption, ROI, and efficiency.

You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering remote client support, scalable Power Platform solutions, and contribute to repeatable service offerings while guiding clients through digital transformations across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power

Qualifications

7+ years of experience supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
3+ years of senior-level Power BI experience with data modeling and governance
Microsoft Certifications: PL-900 and/or MB-230/MB-280; Active status preferred

Responsibilities

Own client outcomes (adoption, efficiency, ROI) and lead value-based reviews
Provide remote client support and advisory services using Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and Power BI
Develop repeatable service offerings and guidance on best practices for platform optimization
Translate platform capabilities into business use cases and measurable improvements
Lead governance and backlog management to improve service delivery
