Job summary

Symbiotic Digital, a division of Symbiotic Group Inc., seeks a Senior Software Developer to modernize our Dynamics 365 CE environment and deliver BI solutions.

You will develop, configure, and integrate Dynamics 365 CE, build Power BI dashboards, and ensure data quality across enterprise systems. The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and adherence to security and development standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise applications.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Strong Power BI expertise, including:
• Data modeling
• Interactive reports and dashboards
• Advanced analytics features
• Proven experience creating reports using Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Operations (F&O) data.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
• Translate technical specifications into working system implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CE and related platforms.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI based on business requirements.
• Analyze complex datasets to provide meaningful business insights.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of reporting data.
• Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution activities.
• Participate in deployment activities and provide post-production stabilization support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide knowledge transfer and operational support documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external delivery teams.
• Follow established architecture, security, technology, and development standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and future enhancement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
