Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise applications.

• Proven experience creating reports using Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Operations (F&O) data.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
• Translate technical specifications into working system implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CE and related platforms.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI based on business requirements.
• Analyze complex datasets to provide meaningful business insights.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of reporting data.
• Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution activities.
• Participate in deployment activities and provide post-production stabilization support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide knowledge transfer and operational support documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external delivery teams.
• Follow established architecture, security, technology, and development standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and future enhancement initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power BI, and enterprise application development. This role will support modernization initiatives by implementing configurations, customizations, integrations, reporting solutions, and ongoing enhancements within a Dynamics 365 environment.

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative support and data reporting team to develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise solutions, deliver reporting and business intelligence capabilities, and ensure system reliability and performance.
