Job summary
Inline is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator – Drywall & Interior Systems in Vancouver to develop accurate bids for institutional, commercial, and large-scale projects. You will lead cost estimating, scope review, and value engineering, coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure proposals meet specifications and schedules.
The role requires deep drywall knowledge, software proficiency (On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, Planswift, Bluebeam), and strong
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of drywall estimating experience on large-scale projects.
- Experience with institutional, commercial, healthcare, education sectors preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate, comprehensive cost estimates for large-scale projects.
- Lead preparation of bids including material, labor, equipment and subcontractor pricing.
- Review drawings and specs to identify scope and value-engineering opportunities.
- Develop supplier/subcontractor relationships for competitive pricing.
