About YOU
We’re looking for an experienced, strategic and creative Senior Director, Marketing and Brand Strategy to help shape and scale our multi-brand marketing efforts. Reporting into the VP, Marketing (APMC), this senior leader will play a critical role in translating company vision into compelling, measurable marketing strategies that drive audience growth, deepen brand resonance, and support our mission of building safe, engaging, and uplifting digital experiences for families.
This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in digital-first media, family or lifestyle brands, and a proven track record of growing multiple properties simultaneously. You bring a sharp strategic lens, a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, and the ability to rally cross-functional teams — from creative to content, product marketing to comms — to deliver campaigns that are as impactful as they are intentional.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Own and execute brand and marketing strategies across multiple properties, aligned to high-level company goals and audience insights.
• Lead strategic planning, campaign development, and go-to-market execution with clarity and collaboration.
• Partner with internal teams — creative, content, digital, comms, partnerships, and product — to bring marketing programs to life across owned and paid channels.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and management of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as search engines, social media, and digital display to drive measurable marketing outcomes.
• Define and track marketing KPIs, ensuring clear performance metrics without losing sight of narrative and impact.
• Bring a digital-first mindset to storytelling, audience building, and engagement across web, social, and emerging platforms.
• Help shape brand voice and tone, stewarding consistency and resonance across campaigns and platforms.
• Serve as a cultural translator between executive vision and team execution, bridging ideas into action with clarity and accountability.
Qualifications:
• 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles in digital media, entertainment, or family/lifestyle brands.
• Experience overseeing multi-brand portfolios, with a track record of audience and brand growth.
• Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to simplify complexity into actionable roadmaps.
• Excellent collaboration and orchestration of cross-functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing, channel strategy, campaign development, and performance measurement.
• Experience with content-led growth, values-based messaging, and family-safe digital environments is a plus.
• A highly creative, solutions-oriented mindset; thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly.
• Strong communication skills — ideally a strong writer or storyteller who understands tone, nuance, and audience needs.
• Comfortable in high-autonomy, fast-paced environments; a self-starter with a “find a way” attitude.
