Performance Marketing Director - (Remote in Canada)

PetLab Co. is the world leader in the DTC pet supplement market, with 40%+ USA market share, 9-figure revenue, and rapid, profitable growth with ambitious plans for global expansion. We're seeking a highly skilled hands-on Performance Marketing Director to lead in the Canadian market, leveraging experience in paid social, paid search, and other acquisition channels to meet aggressive revenue and customer acquisition targets.

Role Overview: This role requires end-to-end ownership of performance marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to optimization and profitability, supported by a talented team. The ideal candidate thrives on results, analytical rigor, and creative strategy, managing campaigns across channels and ensuring media, creative, and conversions are optimized.

Key Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in performance marketing, managing large ad budgets, with a focus on direct response marketing and creative optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to detect patterns in data quickly.
  • Deep knowledge of paid social and search strategies, especially video ads.
  • Experience managing P&L and omnichannel budgets.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with creative teams.

What We Offer:

  • Core Compensation: $130,000 - $180,000 CAD (base + bonus)
  • Benefits: 20 days PTO, Private Healthcare
  • Location: 100% Remote (global team of 140+)
  • Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET (flexible)

Reporting Line: You will report to Matt Davies, co-founder & CMO, and will own the Canadian market growth strategy.

Ideal Candidate: A strategic yet hands-on marketer with 7-10 years of experience, adept at managing large ad spends, optimizing campaigns, and working cross-functionally to drive growth in a high-velocity environment.
