Senior Director Human Resources – Permanent Full-Time
Reporting to the Chief Nursing Executive and Chief Clinical Programs, the Senior Director, Human Resources provides strategic and operational leadership across Human Resources, for Runnymede Health Care Centre campus including the Post Traumatic Stress Injury sites for First Responders. The role advances people and culture initiatives aligned with Runnymede Healthcare Centre’s strategic goals, ensuring an engaged workforce, effective talent management, and a safe and inclusive work environment. This position leads key initiatives related to workforce planning, organizational culture, equity and inclusion, staff development, and risk mitigation in collaboration with executive and departmental leaders.
