Qualifications

• 15+ years in data or software engineering.
• 8+ years leading and scaling engineering organizations.
• Experience managing Directors and Senior Managers.
• Executive presence across studios, labels, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong data governance and compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Define, roadmap, and execute the data product strategy for Zynga's centralized data products.
• Drive AI-first adoption across teams to leverage clean, trusted data for AI/ML capabilities.
• Lead a global team of ~60 across North America, Israel, and India including Directors and Senior Managers.
• Oversee data governance and compliance for a massive global footprint.
• Guide organizational change while maintaining global alignment and building effective processes.
