You will direct architecture governance, roadmaps, and portfolio decisions to enable modernization and platform transformation across a large organization.

Qualifications

• Executive leader with enterprise architecture expertise and executive influence.
• Led an EA function or team with broad understanding of business architecture and operating models.
• Experience driving enterprise modernization, product/platform operating models, and portfolio rationalization in large organizations.
• Experience guiding organizations through significant transformation is highly desirable.

Overview:
This is a strategic enterprise leadership role that sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution. The successful candidate will help shape the future technology direction by ensuring technology investments, business capabilities, product strategy and enterprise architecture align with long-term business objectives.

What you will be doing:

• Partner directly with the leadership to align enterprise technology strategy with business priorities and future operating models.
• Lead the Enterprise Architecture function, providing strategic direction to a team of Enterprise Architects while establishing architecture principles, governance and long-term technology roadmaps.
• Guide enterprise investment decisions by evaluating business capabilities, value streams, platforms and technology modernization opportunities rather than individual technical solutions.
• Drive portfolio rationalization, modernization and future-state planning to ensure technology investments support business outcomes over the next 3–5 years.
• Provide executive-level recommendations regarding technology direction, platform strategy, architecture maturity and future business capabilities.
• Develop practical roadmaps that connect business strategy to technology execution while balancing innovation, modernization and operational delivery.

What you must have:

• An executive leader who combines enterprise architecture expertise with strong business acumen and executive influence.
• The successful candidate will have previously led an Enterprise Architecture function or team and possess a broad understanding of business architecture, technology strategy, operating models and organizational transformation.
• Candidates should demonstrate experience leading enterprise modernization initiatives, product or platform operating models, portfolio rationalization and technology transformation within large, complex organizations.
• Experience supporting organizations through significant transformation is highly desirable.

Salary/Rate Range:$190,000.00 – $240,000.00
