Description
This is a flexible position and has the option of working in our Toronto office full time, hybrid throughout the week or working entirely remotely within Canada. The role is responsible for defining and guiding the organization’s enterprise architecture strategy to ensure technology investments align with business priorities, long-term objectives, and enterprise-wide outcomes. The position partners closely with business and IT to translate strategy into target-state architectures, technology roadmaps, and scalable solution designs that support growth, modernization, and operational efficiency. The role provides governance and oversight across architecture decisions, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, interoperable, and aligned with enterprise standards. It also leads efforts to rationalize systems, reduce technical debt, modernize legacy platforms, and establish strong data and integration foundations that enable analytics, AI, and digital transformation. A key focus of the position is influencing stakeholders across the business, promoting architectural best practices, evaluating emerging technologies, and enabling innovation while managing risk, cost, and scalability. The role serves as a strategic advisor and enterprise-wide architecture leader, helping shape a future-ready technology landscape that supports business agility, digital enablement, and responsible AI adoption.
