The Senior Director, Campaign Operations at the Terry Fox Foundation is a pivotal role for a strategic and operational leader who thrives in a passion-filled environment. As a key member of the Chief Philanthropy Officer’s (CPO) leadership team, the Senior Director, Campaign Operations ensures that every element of our philanthropic efforts — from major and transformational giving to campaign infrastructure — is optimized for efficiency, effectiveness, and impact. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring our fundraisers have the tools, data, and operational support they need to cultivate, solicit, and steward high-value donors. You will work across teams, manage timelines, drive accountability, and foster a high-performance fundraising culture.
Beyond fundraising operations, this role serves as a central point of coordination for the philanthropy team’s human resources, finance, data and IT needs — ensuring seamless integration between departments, strategic budget planning, and operational excellence that enhances the organization’s overall capacity to raise and manage transformational gifts.
