Job summary

RBC Borealis is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead and shape the RBC Assist AI platform. You will partner with engineering, ML research, and advisory teams to define and deliver high-impact products, align roadmaps, and grow adoption across RBC business lines.

You will manage a team of experienced Product Managers, guiding product strategy, execution, and measurement of success metrics while collaborating with cross-functional groups to accelerate AI-driven value for RBC

• Work with customers and stakeholders to derive insights for strategy and planning.
• Develop product collateral including site, roadmap, and brochures.
• Own and execute the product vision and roadmap for platform areas.

As a Senior Director of Product Management, you'll get a chance to build and lead RBC's flagship AI product RBC Assist and partner with enterprise teams to use and continuously improve our services. You will be responsible for defining and delivering products that solve high-impact business problems and driving the strategic product roadmaps for your portfolio with the support of the engineering, advisory and research teams. You will lead a team of well-established Product Managers who will be responsible for different areas of the product. You will be responsible for bringing those areas together in a cohesive product strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

Product Development:

• Help the team define the ‘what’ and ‘why’ the platform should build, and what business and user problems they will solve;

• Work closely with customers and key stakeholders to derive insights to inform product strategy and planning;

• Develop product collateral and materials including product site, product roadmap, and product brochures

Product Strategy:

• Work closely with teams to own and execute the product vision and roadmap for your areas of the platform

• Define and track product OKRs and KPIs, and drive the team to achieve them

Product Growth:

• Drive growth and consumption of the platform through the product to achieve our overall product KPIs
