Job summary

RBC is seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to lead RBC's AI-powered conversational banking experience. You will guide roadmap development, collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and engineers, and drive the end-to-end delivery of innovative AI products that enhance everyday banking and client engagement.

You will shape strategy, define KPIs, and communicate progress to senior leadership, while partnering across functions to ensure scalable and impactful AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of AI/ML product management experience in a large tech or enterprise setting.
• Experience leading product lifecycle end-to-end in a matrixed environment.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA/Master’s is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: develop vision, roadmap, and OKRs for AI-driven products.
• Product Development: lead end-to-end development from ideation to launch with AI researchers and engineers.
• Stakeholder Management: align with Borealis and RBC executives; drive collaboration and buy-in.
• Innovation and Entrepreneurship: foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making.
