Job summary

MM Coaching Limited is seeking a Senior Direct Response Copywriter to own messaging across ads, VSLs, funnels, and emails for an eight-figure coaching brand. You will shape high-volume, high-conversion copy and lead an editing team to deliver consistent, compliant messaging.

You must show proven revenue-generating copy (at least $1M) and experience with long-form sales letters, webinars, and VSLs, with strong English skills and the ability to work full-time from Canada while coordinating with EU

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English at native or near-native level.
• Experience handling $500,000+ monthly revenue and operating at scale.
• Copy that generated at least $1M in revenue with verifiable results.
• Direct-response ads, long-form sales copy, and emails for high-ticket offers with measurable metrics.
• At least one VSL/webinar script or long-form sales letter used at scale.
• Prolific Meta ads copy writer with volume and test learnings.
• Email marketing expertise: broadcasts, sequences, deliverability, attribution.
• Ability to guide video editors/designers from brief to final cut.
• Conducted VOC research and translated insights into copy.
• Experience in compliance-sensitive vertical advertising.
• Availability for 3+ hours overlap with European working hours daily.
• Willing to commit full-time with no other client work.

Responsibilities

• Market research and ideation.
• Write copy for ads, VSL, funnels, and emails.
• Manage the editing team.
• Review analytics and iterate based on data.
• Ensure all copy complies with ad platform policies.
