Job summary

Paired is seeking a Copywriter to bring the brand to life across customer touchpoints. You’ll partner with Creative Strategy, Growth, and Design to transform insights into clear, persuasive messaging across paid ads, email, web, landing pages, and retail initiatives.

This fully remote role is ideal for a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and deliver copy that drives audience engagement and action.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of copywriting experience in DTC, eCommerce, consumer brands, or agency environments.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality copy across formats (ads, email, web, video scripts).

Responsibilities

• Write compelling copy across paid advertising, email, web, landing pages, retail, and promotional campaigns
• Develop headlines, hooks, scripts, product messaging, and campaign concepts that drive engagement and conversion
• Partner with Creative Strategy, Design, and Growth teams to bring campaigns and creative concepts to life
• Support product launches, promotions, and retail initiatives with customer-facing messaging
• Refine copy based on performance insights, customer feedback, and creative learnings
