Job summary

Capital One Canada is seeking a Senior Associate, Copywriter on a 12-month contract to lead content marketing, craft engaging copy across blogs, emails, social and talent branding, and ensure alignment with brand voice.

You will collaborate with designers, editors and localization specialists to deliver on-brand, conversion-focused messaging, while applying SEO best practices and AI-friendly content strategies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multichannel content creation experience.
• 4+ years of professional copywriting/editing experience.
• Proficiency with CP Style and internal brand guidelines.
• Experience producing marketing emails, blogs, social posts and talent branding content.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront or comparable tool.

Responsibilities

• Craft compelling, on-brand content for content marketing blogs, emails, social channels and talent brand communications.
• Interpret creative briefs to deliver digital messages across lifecycle emails, articles, posts and recruitment content.
• Ensure messaging fits delivery format and follows SEO, AI visibility, UX and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, localization specialists and project managers to deliver deadlines.
• Develop and maintain content creation systems and best practices.
