Job summary

Tangerine Bank, Canada’s leading digital bank, is seeking a Senior Digital Content Designer to shape clear, useful and trustworthy content for Wealth digital channels. You will translate complex investment concepts and regulatory concepts into human, actionable client experiences.

You will collaborate across product teams, design, marketing, legal and compliance to ensure accessible, consistent content across mobile, web and advisor-enabled touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing or digital content strategy.
• Experience simplifying complex or regulated subject matter, preferably in financial services.
• Experience working in cross‑functional product teams and across the digital product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead content design across end-to-end Wealth journeys, including onboarding, investing and advisory experiences.
• Translate complex financial and regulatory information into clear client-focused copy.
• Collaborate with product designers, researchers, engineers and stakeholders to shape content strategy and governance.
