Job summary

Tangerine is redefining banking in Canada and seeking a Digital Marketing Delivery Manager to own end-to-end campaign journeys. You will partner with Acquisition, Primacy, Deposits Product Owners, and Marketing Planners to align strategies with business objectives and drive execution across channels.

The role requires data-driven decision making, channel optimization, and strong collaboration to deliver growth-focused communications while ensuring regulatory compliance and a client-obsessed

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing experience in digital-oriented Tier-1 organisations.
• Experience leading in an agile/fast-to-market environment is a plus.
• Experience with Everyday Banking/Investments/Wealth or credit card marketing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the overall digital marketing campaign go-to-market strategy and act as a channel owner to build campaigns, test and optimization strategies, and personalization.
• Launch digital marketing campaigns through owned channels (email, push notifications, mobile ads, .com ads, landing pages).
• Collaborate with editorial and creative teams to align content with strategy and objectives.
• Partner cross-functionally to develop and execute growth and retention communications and analyze their success.
• Support marketing strategies with data-driven analysis of client behavior, channel optimization, and segmentation.
• Leverage Google Analytics and Looker Studio Pro to assess performance, optimize mid-flight, and extract insights for future strategy.
