Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Content Designer to craft clear, accessible content for employee and client-facing tools. You will work with designers, translators and researchers to ensure brand voice, tone and WCAG compliance across digital platforms.

You’ll contribute to content systems, maintain style guides and collaborate in an agile environment, while mentoring junior teammates and delivering high-quality content. Hybrid work is available in Toronto.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• Experience writing/editing content for product flows and ensuring brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, evaluate and manage content for employee and client-facing digital tools.
• Collaborate with designers, translators, UX researchers and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain content design system, style guides and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Present content recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and empathy.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative culture.
