Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel full-funnel strategy.
• Experience leading client-facing strategy and campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to diagnose performance issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients across multiple industries.
• Join sales calls with account executives to validate scope and recommend technical solutions.
• Build 90 day, 6 month and annual growth roadmaps for every client.
• Own client performance across paid and organic search channels.
• Audit campaigns, bidding structures, landing pages and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical and on-page SEO, link building and AI-driven content.
• Ensure clients appear in AI search results and traditional organic search.
• Track KPI, attribution and analytics accuracy.
• Provide weekly direction and QA, coordinating priorities with the marketing project manager.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
