Job summary

Scotiabank is seeking a Senior Digital Product Owner in Toronto to drive end-to-end product ownership for Salesforce CRM capabilities and related offerings. You will lead cross-functional teams to translate customer journeys into backlog deliverables and build scalable digital solutions.

The role requires experience in product ownership within an Agile environment, strong knowledge of asset management, and the ability to engage stakeholders and measure KPIs for new features.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business or related discipline.
• Comprehensive knowledge of asset management and familiarity with sales processes and services.
• Experience in a similar Product Owner or digital product role, managing a technology product from strategy to delivery.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM delivering capabilities or enhancements in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product ownership for Salesforce CRM capabilities and other product offerings.
• Lead cross-functional teams to translate customer journeys into actionable backlog deliverables.
• Define and maintain a prioritized product backlog and roadmap for assigned areas.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to evolve CRM capabilities and digital solutions.
• Engage with Scrum teams, write user stories, and participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Measure KPIs for new features and communicate progress to stakeholders.
