Job summary

Scotiabank in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Investments Distribution to lead the development and execution of digital investment distribution across markets, enabling scalable growth through digital onboarding, transactions, and advisory solutions.

You will partner with Digital, Technology, UX, Product, Marketing and local teams to design end-to-end client journeys, drive KPI tracking, and advance hybrid advisory models that blend digital and human guidance.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in financial services, with 4–6 years in digital distribution or advisory enablement.
• Proven experience scaling digital initiatives across markets or business lines.
• Strong understanding of investment distribution and digital client journeys (app and web).
• Experience working in cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional digital distribution strategy and roadmaps.
• Design and optimize end-to-end digital client journeys across channels.
• Partner with Digital, Technology, UX, Product, Marketing and local teams.
• Define and track journey KPIs to drive net new money via digital channels.
• Ensure scalable, compliant digital initiatives.
