Job summary
Rogers Communications is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the strategy, governance and end-to-end management of digital data collection across web and mobile platforms. You will oversee a shared-service team of Analytics Managers, JavaScript developers and QA, embedding data design and privacy‑aware practices across the SDLC.
The role partners with Product, Engineering, Data Insights, Marketing and Privacy to ensure analytics readiness, data quality and compliant data sharing for enterprise
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in digital analytics, tagging, data engineering, or digital data platform roles.
- 5+ years in team leadership managing digital data environments.
- Hands-on with data layer design, tagging governance and analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, governance, and maintenance of digital data collection platforms across Rogers.com and mobile apps.
- Manage a shared-service team of Analytics Managers, JavaScript developers, and QA resources.
- Own data schema design across brands and ensure compliant data collection with Legal/Privacy.
- Oversee end-to-end data collection lifecycle from requirements to QA and deployment.
- Educate stakeholders on data requirements; embed tagging and QA in agile delivery.
