Rogers Communications, Inc. in Toronto, ON is seeking a Director, Digital Data Analytics & Performance to lead analytics strategy, data products, and performance optimisation for our wireless and wireline digital commerce.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, drive AI and ML initiatives, deliver dashboards and KPI frameworks, and partner with product, marketing, UX, technology, and care teams to improve customer journeys and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in Digital Analytics, eCommerce Analytics, Data Science, BI, or Customer Journey Analytics.
• 7+ years leading analytics, data science, or BI teams.
• Expertise in digital commerce, customer journeys, conversion optimization, acquisition, retention, and self-service adoption.
• Experience building data products, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and self-service analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy and data product development aligned with eCommerce and customer growth objectives.
• Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and performance benchmarks for the organization.
• Oversee unified measurement across digital and assisted channels to optimize acquisition, conversion, retention, and efficiency.
• Manage a high-performing team of analytics, data science, data engineering, and performance professionals.
• Drive AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve digital performance.
